A first encounter with the Cœur Collection. Four date-led pralines bring together Coco Silk, Pistachio Noor, Hazelnut Gold and Amande Noir.

Each begins with Deglet Nour dates and is framed in Valrhona Caraïbe 66% dark chocolate, with coconut, pistachio, Piedmont hazelnut or Marcona almond.

Made in Durham with Deglet Nour dates from Tolga, Algeria. Small in scale, considered in every detail.
