The Date Atelier sets down its first chapter and the pace of every one that follows.
Origin, texture and the moment of giving: the pralines of the Cœur collection hold a single idea to its conclusion — a praline with no ganache, the date taking its place. Deglet Nour from the protected oasis of Tolga, a shell of Valrhona Caraibe, three textures that arrive one after another. With them the house opens a category of its own, sealed as always by four words in gold inside the lid: the date of light.
