UK delivery is available for all creations. Delivery charges and available options are shown at checkout.
For unusually large or multi-parcel orders, the Atelier may contact you to arrange delivery personally.
View the progress of an existing order through your account. For an order placed as a guest, the Atelier will be pleased to assist.
Each creation is prepared for its journey with the same consideration given to its presentation.
We recommend choosing an address where your order can be received. If delivery cannot be completed, Royal Mail will provide instructions for redelivery or collection.
For gifts travelling to different addresses, please place a separate order for each destination. For larger gifting requirements, the Atelier will be pleased to assist personally.
If you need to make a change, please contact the Atelier as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
As our creations are perishable, they are not suitable for return once dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as expected, please contact the Atelier as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographs of the order and its packaging so that we can assist promptly.
