The Date Atelier is a date-led chocolate house shaped by a simple idea: the fruit should remain at the centre of the creation.

From Tolga’s protected groves to our atelier in Durham, we work with the date as both ingredient and point of departure. Its sweetness, texture and character guide the way each praline is conceived, paired and finished. Made without ganache, each creation keeps the date-led centre distinct within dark couverture and carefully chosen ingredients — transforming an ancient fruit into a modern form.
