Created for sharing. Twelve date-led pralines bring together all six expressions of the Cœur Collection, with two of each.

At the centre of every praline is the Deglet Nour date, paired with pistachio, hazelnut, almond, coconut, coffee or sesame and framed in Valrhona Caraïbe 66% dark chocolate.

Made in Durham with Deglet Nour dates from Tolga, Algeria. A generous gesture for a host, a thank-you or a moment intended to be shared.

Storage & shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and strong odours.

For the best texture and flavour, allow the pralines to come to room temperature before serving. The best-before date is provided with each box.

What is an Atelier allocation?

An Atelier allocation is a limited production period reserved for a seasonal édition or private occasion. Available allocations are shown when you begin your reservation.

When is my reservation confirmed?

Your reservation is confirmed once checkout is complete. Selections are not held beforehand.

Can I reserve more than one creation?

Yes. You may select multiple creations and quantities within the same allocation, subject to availability.

What happens if an allocation is full?

Once an allocation is fully reserved, reservations close. You may join the list to register your interest and receive any further Atelier update.

How do private occasion reservations work?

Private occasions are offered through rolling weekly Atelier allocations. The nearest available week is shown automatically when you reserve.
